MEET CHEF RAMI

Rami’s passion for food started in his childhood. One of his fondest memories is of him standing on a stool, in the kitchen, alongside his father cooking. Helping his father cook as a child sparked his passion for cooking & the culinary arts. In his late teens, he followed his passion for cooking and started working in restaurants.


It was around this time that Rami had started to struggle with addiction which put his career on the back burner. With time, his passion for cooking and his hunger to find his life’s purpose got him back on track. With a clear mind, he was able to start fresh and continue following his passion by studying culinary arts in school. He studied at George Brown and Alma, The School of Italian Culinary Arts. He had developed his talent in fine dining but his love for international flavours came from growing up in Toronto. Because of his love for both international flavors and fine dining, he has the flexibility to cater any event. From fine dining to food trucks, he can do it all.
